Please read these carefully and check out the entire site before sending questions by E-mail. Our time is better spent on providing everyone with information by keeping the site current than on giving people information that is already on the site!
There are currently no WIG craft widely commercially available. There are some craft that have been produced in small numbers and it might be possible to obtain one (Amphistar, Volga). Some other craft are currently being tested and may go into series production soon (TY-1, FS-8).
All the information that I have is in the Overview of WIG companies. If no details are listed there: then it is no use asking since the manufacturer chose not to publish contact details on The WIG Page.
There are no kits or plans available for WIG craft, except for a modified hovercraft and some very poor plans of a revised X-112. If this changes it will be announced on this site.
You can't. Currently there are no recreational WIG craft commercially available. If this changes it will be announced on this site.
Check out the list of models. Of some models the plans are available.
I would love to help, but my time is very limited and to be honest, if you ask questions like this you shouldn't be developing your own WIG. Ever wondered why it takes so long for anyone to produce a plan, kit or WIG craft? That's because it is not easy to design a safe WIG. But anyway, if you want to give it a go: become a member of this site, study the technical data of all available craft, read through as many conference papers and reports as you possibly can, then start with radio controlled models and get a licence for Autowing WIG design software and then you may be ready to design your full-scale craft. In case you would like someone else to design a WIG for you, please contact S.E. Technology, they can assist in any commercial, military or private WIG Project.
There is a huge list of WIG related references on this site. If your interest in WIG craft reaches beyond the occasional New Scientist article you may want to become a member of this site and use the advanced search functions to search for the reference that contains the information you are looking for. A good book that has recently been published can now be ordered.
Not really. The TY-1 has been used for gaining operational experience for a while now on a lake in China and the FS-8 is currently undergoing trails near Cairns in Australia. There may also be some Volga-2's be in operation in Russia, but no more details are known.
You need to be a member of The WIG Page and log in to access any of the advanced functions.
Read all about that in the members section.
Please check if it is listed in the terminology list. If it is not, please let me know.

If a reference is not available anywhere, you can contact S.E. Technology (Reference at SE Techonolgy) if they have it.
Sorry, but I don't reply to messages like this. Also some people have had the courage to send messages in Spanish, Italian or even some characters that I could not even read (japanese or so). The fact that the site is in English suggests that that may be the best language to contact The WIG Page.
If you would like to have more information than that what is available in the classification section you may be interested in the Rules for classification and construction of type A ekranoplans.
You need to be a member of The WIG Page and log in to generate any NACA or DHMTU airfoil.
